GCF-1 concrete forming agent is a new chemical product developed by our co***ny, composed of several surfactants. It has strong foaming capacity and foaming stability. It is not sensitive to hard water, non-toxic and odorless, with no deposits and no pollution to environment. The agent¡¯s application concentration is low, having foaming stability.
1.Dilute the agent with certain amount of water first, and then add it into foaming machine for foaming. After fully mixing the foam and concrete slurry in agitator, pour them into mold or construction surface for natural curing.
2.The dosage may vary as products density changes, ie. if products density is decreased, reduce the dosage; otherwise, increase the dosage.
3.About 0.2KG foaming agent is used for every cubic of foam concrete.
IV.Scope of Application
1.Cast-in-place floor heating, and foam concrete for roofing insulation layer;
2.Various kinds of foam concrete products, including three series of cement, gypsum and magnesite;
3.Low temperature foam concrete. |
